Is it possible for UTI's to go away on it's own

I have had three uti's in the past 6 months. By the time I go to the doctor my symptoms go away is this possible?

No, they don't go away on there own. In fact, if you leave them alone they will just get worse and will eventually turn into a kidney infection.

Thank you for your comment back, but even if the symptoms are totally gone will it still get worse?

I saw my doc yesterday and she gave my RX for an ultrasound/CT/ UA w/ CS
for when or if my symtoms (symptoms) come back we can see what is happening. Because i feel it is just unnessarry testing if everything turns out norma like my u/a has.
