Is my pain normal?

Hey, I had a hysteroscopy, D&C and Mirena fitted last Friday. I have very light bleeding but lots of cramping especially when I move around or do anything. Is this normal? I have pain in my back and occasionally down my legs too.

I had a hysteroscopy, D & C, and Mirena insertion last month.  I cramped pretty much around the clock for the first two weeks, and I noticed that it did seem to get worse toward the end of the day, when I would be getting a bit tired.  I am still having cramps from the Mirena more than a month out (see Mirena IUD cramping forum), but everything has checked out fine.  Some days are still worse than others.  Anti-inflammatories really help, but I would call your doctor if you are concerned.  My doc told me to watch for heavy bleeding, unusual discharge, fever, or severe pain 8/10 or more.  I hope that helps!
