Is my period irregular and or unhealthy?

So I have had my period for 3 years now and I ran out of tampons, so I asked my step mom is she could take me to get some. The think is she asked me if I just had mine 3 weeks ago. I said yes because I get my period every 20-21 days. She said that's not normal and it's unhealthy and irregular. Is that true that I have it too often? Should I get myself looked at?

That is completely normal. The female cycle can be 21 days and it's okay, but you should go see a doctor too
