Is there a simple way stop tinnitus
I have had tinnitus for years but it's gradually got louder and is hard to live with.I went to an audiolist last week only to be told theres no cure I just have to live with it.They offered me a masking hearing aid with white sound.I have soft music going in the backround at night when it's quiet to take my mind off the whistling in my ears that never stops.If anyone has some tips please tell me what to do.I'll try anything
Did the audiologist say you have any hearing impairment. If not, you need to forget about it. I have tinnitus too. The best thing to do is not focus on it and it goes away. As long as you do not have hearing loss you will be fine. Sleep with a fan. It drowns it all out.
