Is there hope to concieve in this case ..?

I have tried for 5 years and nothing.
Tried 2 months of chlomid and it failed. The doctor recommended an MRI.

After an MRI, these are the results.
Is there a way for me to conceive naturally ??

Have any of you dealt with these many problems and still been able to get pregnant??

Ultra sound of the pelvis shows Bulky uterus with features of Adenomyosis and  a co-existing 1.0 x 0.6 cms posterior wall myomatous seedling , left sided hydrosalipinx , 2.3x0.7 cms cystic tubular SOL noted separately from the left ovary.
Advanced MRI scan shows this: Uterus is anteverted measuring 7.23x5.81x4.88 cm approx.
there is evidence of adenomyosis changes noticed in the posterior wall of uterus and junctional zone measuring 2.69 cm with multiple hyperintense signals small posterior wall fibroid seen measuring 1.5x1.2cm
Both ovaries are enlarged
Right ovary is measuring 3.83x1.99 cm and left ovary is measuring 4.25x3.45 cm with chocolate cyst of size 1.41x1.14 cm approx
Mild hydrosalphinx of left fallopian tube seen
Thin rim of fluid collection noticed in pelvic peritoneal spaces with minimal adhesions Right segment uterine is measuring 2.12 and left uterine segment measuring 1.50cm

so much info, I had an MRI showed septated uterus and many adhesions,one ovary closed, let the doctor go in a fix everything went very well, still healing will have a SHG test monday to see if everything is still good. Good luck I know what your going through
