Is this normal when nursing

My daughter is still nursing and she is six months old now. She tends to bite sometimes. I just discovered that I had a black mark on my nipple and when i squeezed it there was blood in it.  Could that be from my daughter biting me?

yeah, that happend to me also. I didn't talk to my dr. cause it just eventualy went away. All my kids used to bite me! The bitting is the one thing that I don't miss!! hahha My family is amazed that I nursed all my kids till they were at least a year old cause they all loved to bite!
If it doens't go away or it's really bothering you, call your Dr. up and ask if there is anythign they can give you. But I haven't heard of anything personaly....but you never know. I guess just watch out for infection.
