Is this normal

I have been under treatment for four months using oral progestoron to treat my low levels. A week ago I developed my first yeast infection. I went to the doctor and she gave me both oral and cream treatments. Removed yeast from my diet during and have obstain from sex. I am now on my last day and the burning and itching return this morning. My doctor is not available till tomorrow to ask but want to find out if this is normal. I don't understand why I would feel this stil taking all the meds and precausions I did. Afraid
