Itchiness and inflamed vagina with no infection
I am a 33yrs old female and since I started to be sexually active a very long time ago I always seemed to get yeast infections every time with one BV infection.
I have been with someone for 5 months and both have been tested for all STDs. From the second time we had sex almost immediately I became very irritated, swollen and itchy. The last two times I went to get tests done everything came back negative, no BV, no STD and no Yeast. The only thing that was off was my PH levels were high so they thought that I had a urine infection. Turns out I didn't.
When I don't have sex I don't get them. When I use a condom it hurts and I get these symptoms, when I use lube non irritant I get these symptoms, when he ejaculates in me I get those symptoms. It only happens when I have sex.
Well once again back to the doctors and nothing. I am so confused and frustrated. I have Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Endometriosis with estrogen Dominance and I am on the pill continuously and have been for 4 yrs. During that 4 yrs I was not having sex and getting no symptoms, so it cant be the pill.

Does it level your PH balance in your vagina? I am thinking thats what the problem is for some reason.

Try taking a Cranberry Capsule everynight and voila!
All your problems will disappear within 2 weeks.
But if you forget to take the capsule (from a chemist/pharmacy), it will come back.
The Cranberry also keeps away any UTI's.

I have exactly the same problem and also been dx with Fibromyalgia and CFS! Odd coincidence. My swab came back as ++ Srep B but 3 courses of antibiotics and I still have the problem, 6 months now, nothing seems to help.
It comes and goes but if I wear jeans it's back with vengance and hot showers aggreviate. Cant even contimplate sex! Have changed to hypoallergenic 'everything' including a PH balanced feminie wash. Also at my wits end with it!

I did and she said its possibly the condoms but not him. When i have gotten these symptoms 80% of the time there is no condom use, just his semen.

sounds like you may be allergic to him and latex condoms. i would just go back to the doctor and ask if it possible.
