Itching after sex

My husband and i have been married for 5 years and have two children i have had my tubes tied also. I have noticed that about 5 to 10 mins after haven sex and going to the bathroom to clean myself i small leakage and itching on the outside of my vigina (vagina)...is this normal or is something wrong. i have had this happen for a few years and have been to a doctor to be checked for an infection but i come up with a clean bill of heath each time i go. can anyone answer whats going on. I did find out i am elergic to condoms but we dont use them scence i got my tubes tied.

I would try taking a shower insead of just cleaning urself out it might help.
