Itchy bleeding at top of my butt crack

I'm 21 and for about 2 months now I've had this redness at the top of my butt crack and it bleeds. After I sit on the toilet there's always a faint red mark of blood  at the back of the seat. I can't see any thing wrong with it, no bumps or sores, it's just red and it bleeds. It sometimes gets really itchy too, but then other times it's not. It's definitely coming from a separate place than the anus. This is really embarrassing and gross and I would rather not go to a Doctor and ask any body I know. I am not sexually active at all and never have been so I'm sure it's not an STD or anything. Getting married soon and would rather not have this problem on my honeymoon ;)
I have not tried any creams, I've just cleaned it really good in the shower with soap, did try cleaning it with a touch of rubbing alcohol and that one hurt! What should I do and or try that would be safe to put in an area near the anus?

See a doctor. It could be an infected. Wounds that reopen a lot or stay open can get infected. That area is not te cleanest area, no matter how many times you shower. You can end up with a staph infection or impetigo wich needs to be treated with antibiotics. Believe me doctors see a whole lot worse than this.

Could be fungal too. Just see your regular GP and they should be able to give you the appropriate treatment.
