Itchy pin sized spot on inside of labia majora

Hi,

Last night I had trouble sleeping due to some itchiness around the clitoral area, around the inside of the top half of my labia majora.

The itchiness has since died down but I have noticed that one of the fordyce spots in that area has come to a head and looks zit-like, but it's very small - pin sized. I have tried to burst it but it just leaks clear discharge and bleeds a little.

Does this sound like anything I should get checked out or should it clear up on its own?

Thanks
