Itchy vagina and bottom

I've had this horrible problem for a while now, I have a horrible itch on the outside of my vagina and quite often it's around my bum too. I've been to 2 doctors now, been given thrush treatment 3 times, had swabs done inside and out, been given worming treatment and still have no conclusion or had any relief yet. It's driving me insane! The swabs both times have come back negative, I've also been checked for sti's and still nothing... I read on the Internet it could be the underwear I wear so changed to just cotton and its a little better, I also wash down there with only feminine wash... The only thing that reliefs it at the moment is a baby wipe washed in ice cold water and put on it but as soon as I stop its back... Any ideas? Please help lol

My suggestion is to go to your doctor or A doctor to be diagnosed.  Everything else is just managing symptoms.  You need to treat what is causing it and a doctor will probably quickly be able to determine that and give you proper treatment to make it go away.

You can go to your primary care doctor, ob/gyn, urgent care or a clinic type of setting.  Planned Parenthood is all over the states and is a place women can go with little or no income to receive care for their reproductive system (which this falls into).

go see a doctor.  good luck

Wear loose dresses with no underpants. Even the feminine wash products are full of chemicals.  Wash only with water for a few days.  Glycerin soap may help.  Use a clean wet washcloth instead of toilet paper, or just hop in the shower quick , get a hand held shower head or bidet. There's a new bidet that is easily retrofitted on to toilet too.
I think you also need to add eucalyptus oil to your laundry water. Make certain about laundry soap. It could be the problem.
Lastly food. See if it's something you are eating.  Pamela
