Labia Questions

I hope theres someone out there that can help me. Im 22 years old. Yesterday, I noticed that my left Labia had alump inside, and it was hanging down and kind of swollen. I've never had anything like this before. It hurts to the touch and hurts when anything (Panties, jeans) rub against it. Can anyone please help me with this, and how I can help it go away. I'm very scared. Can I use some sort of cream?

Have you been checked for herps.I have a friend with the same thing,she said the dr.said it was heps.
