Labia lip swollen

I have been single for over a year and been sexually inactive. Recently found a boyfriend but he lives in another country. We have tried phone sex just that anytime I get sexually aroused, my left labia lip becomes really swollen and often causes pain. This can take about 2-3 days to go away. is this normal?

you may have a varicose vein that flares up when the vagina becomes engorged with blood, such as during arousal.

the doc can check it out for you if you have a regular gyno.
