Lactating when 19?

I'm 19 and i've recently started lactating a lot from my nipples. Now, the most common thing someone would say is "are you pregnant?" and this I know is not the answer. I'm a lesbian and I've never had sex with a man. I have had sex with my girlfriend but I am not sure if that would cause lactation. I'm not too sure what to make out of me starting to produce milk.. if that's even what you want to call it.

Any ideas?

If you are taking some medications like risperadol it can cause lactation, or you may be just naturally producing too much prolactin (hormone that makes you lactate). It is really important to go and get checked out as soon as possible. High prolactin levels I was told can lead to pituitary issues. They would likely start with a blood test to see what hormone levels are out of whack.
