Late for period on Birth Control

I have been on the pill for 2 months now, and my boyfriend and I have been sexually active. I got on the pill to help regulate my periods, last month it came right on time, and now I'm three days late. My boyfriend and I always use protection, and I always take the pills within 2 hours of each other, each day. Is there a possibility I'm not pregnant?
