Late period, not pregnant!

Hey everyone. I am 17 years old, and I have a irregular/regular period cycle. I am 100% sure I am not pregnant considering I haven't had sex for the past 6 months and I have gotten my period. I have super bad cramps, it's not to the point where I can't walk but still. :/ Why could I be late? I have my period symptoms but no period! My last period was on 8/1/11 and lasted til about 8/4/11. Please help me! I'm freaking myself out for no reason! Could it be constipation? or something else? PLEASE HELP I'M HAVING AN ANXIETY ATTACKKK.
