Just had radical hysterectomy for the same left side vaginal/pelvic pain that also radiated up left abdominal area even with belly button on left side. (Very painful in crease of left leg!!) Unbearable after sex or during my period. After sex landed me in ER for them to say had mass (cyst) blocking my vagina on left side, which popped before I made it to my regular doctor and pus came out my vagina (this occurred almost always after having sex) Went to doctors after doctors (test after test all came back normal) suffering for 7 years till finally decided to have hysterectomy due to cyst on ovary. While in there doctor had to remove my cervix which was oozing with infection and lesions. Guess where??? On my LEFT SIDE!! You will have to MAKE your doctor listen!! None of mine would. Even after telling them my mother died of cervical cancer at age of 36, (I’m now 40) still I was not checked good enough to catch this. I go back April 1 for my 1st check up and to get results if it was precancerous or cancerous. I hope this helps someone. I know I looked on all these threads when suffering and couldn’t find my exact symptoms. I ran no fever or anything with this. It starts with lesions on your cervix which are uncomfortable during sex, then when friction rubs it it gets infected and cyst form. This CAN turn cancerous so do NOT play!!MAKE your doctor listen to you!!
