Leg and foot cramps causing panic attacks

Okay, I know that everyone gets an occassional cramp here and there in their lives, but this is driving crazy. If I sit for too long, I get cramps, if I stand for too long, I get cramps, if I walk for too long, I get cramps....I even get them while laying down on my bed trying not to panic that my legs are trying to own me. I honestly can't take it anymore. Alot of people may look at my legs and say...lol, loose weight or excersize, but the reason my legs are now flabby as heck and I am overweight is BECAUSE of the cramps. I'm so afraid of getting one that I either pace around or hang onto walls trying to stretch my muscles so they relax, but NOTHING other than taking quinine, xanax and a muscle relaxer works, and THEN I'm like living with a zombie. So what's the answer here? I am willing to try anything as long as it doesn't mean getting more cramps because I have been going through this hell long enough. There HAS to be some way to fix this. If anyone out there has ever gone through this or at least has a clue as to how to stop this, PLEASE help me! Thank you all in advance for at least reading this. :)
