Leg cramps, blood clots during period

I have been having leg cramps for 5 days now. They started 2 days before my period. It hurts so bad I don't want to walk because of the pain. I have always gotten leg cramps before my period but this time it is so bad I just can't take it. Seems like each month it gets worse. Also this time I've been having some pretty bad blood clots. I know small ones are normal but these were like the size between a quarter and 50 cent piece. I just don't know if I should be worried because of the severity of my leg cramps.
