Hi there. I'm 24 years old and pretty much since I started getting periods, they've been generally pretty heavy and crampy. I can usually hold it down with some advil or motrin if I time it well enough, but this month was the worst cramps I've ever had. They had gotten so painful that my legs had given out and left me literally crying on the floor for at least 30 mintues or so before they finally let up enough for me to find some medication and get to a couch to lay down. What I find so unusual about these cramps is that with me they're usually associated with a very heavy menstrual flow, but this time, it was shockingly light. I've never had sex so there's no risk of pregnancy or sex-related issues. Any ideas?
