Hi I have been losing weight and dont know why. The scale is going up rather than down though. I dont workout or do excercise so this is all strange to me. My period also looks lighter than normal. I have had bloodtest which they said is normal.Any idea ?

Are you meaning you're dropping pant sizes but the scale's going up?  Have you tried different scales?  Have you recently started a job where there's a lot of lifting and movement where you could be building muscle mass, which would explain the increase in weight (muscle is heavier than fat)?

You're losing weight, but your scale says you're gaining? How are you losing weight, or what makes you think you are?
