Low back and abdomen pain

i have had low back pain for about a month now and for about a week I have had pains in my lower left side of my abdomen? My period already came and gone and it feels like im still on it??

you could have gas...Because my lower back was hurting and my stomach was also cramping really bad when my period was on and also when it went off, I found out it was just gas. and it may sound silly but it could mean you're having a little growth in the back side (booty), because that also happened to me...There I hope my advice helped.
