Low count, itchy face.

Hi, I have had a low blood count and has been this way for a couple years. Recently I have beenhaving some other problems that I am wondering if they are related. My lips swell up and really hurt. I have been for allergy testing and nothing turned up. I do not have herpes or aids. I have been tested forbacteria and fungus infection on my mouth.  Right before my lips swell I feel crappy. I get shivery and the chills. I had an MRI as I also get dizziness and nothing showed up. I don't think there are any other tests and my mouth is very painfull. The creams I have do nothing. And the last couple times this happened the inside of my mouth is itchy. It comes and then clears up a couple days later and hhenbuts back again. I think itsvgetting worse each time.  Any thoughts?

I'm not sure what the results were but they came back 'normal'   I have gad every test and nothing has showed up. I am going to request that see a blood specialist, today I woke up and my mouth is swollen, red and sore again. There must be something they can find? It's been a month and my mouth has not improved.

this is called thyroiditis, in the inflammatory stage overactive then underactive as the inflammation subside, due to viral or autoimmune problem
this can be explained all as one disorder.
is your ESR high or ANA positve?

I have. And further to this last year I had an over active thyroid and they checked it again today and they are puzzled as it's now underactive...I am not on any medications to correct but my doctor said she really does not know.
