Low ferritin level

I have been dealing with iron deficiency anemia for over 13 years now. I have had 3 transfusions and even been seeing a Hematologist. I'm 27 years old and have had my tubes tied with a thermal ablation done which didn't work, 3 months later I had to get a hysterectomy. My hysterectomy was about 3 months ago and my iron levels are getting worse. I'm one of the youngest people my Hematologist has dealt with. I feel they just put me to the side. I'm currently on a drug called Repliva which tears my stomach up, but I'm still taking it. I take a Women's One A Day Vitamin on to of that for the iron. My gynecologist doesn't know what else to do either. I know my body has been through a lot in the past few months, but I'm getting frustrated. I've always had problems with maintaining a good hemoglobin level. Right now my hemoglobin level is good for me at a 11.6. It usually runs in the 8's or 7's. Before my last surgery my hemoglobin was in the 12's but my ferritin level was 3.2 then it increased to a 7 and now 3 months later it is back down to a 2. My Serrum iron level is a 16 and my saturation iron level is a 5. I've done the oral iron supplements over the years and nothing helped. Last year my doctors decided to do IV iron. I had a immediate reaction to the Infed on the test dose, so they had to stop treatment immediately. The next IV iron tried was Ferrelceit which is suppose to be more easily tolerated. Well it almost killed me. I was rushed to the ER by ambulance and flushed out. Now they don't know what to do and I'm tired of being tired. Any suggestions?
