You need to tell your mom so that she can make you a doctor's appointment. Pain in the lower right hand side of your abdomen can be a sign of something serious(appendicitis as an example) and should be treated soon. I know it's scary to tell your mom, but just tell her that you are having a lot of pain in that area and want to see a doctor. You don't have to tell her you are sexually active or might be pregnant, keep that to yourself for now and then you can tell her that information later. But do tell your doctor that you are sexually active and don't keep any information from them. If you have been having unprotected sex, I highly recommend that you ask to be tested for STDs. Then use this as a learning lesson to be much more careful in the future. The choices you make now will affect you down the road, so make sure to be smart about what you are doing. Always use protection when having sex from start to finish. Hope it all goes well. Take care.

First of all, I understand how scared you are. I would be too.

Secondly, I think you need to tell your mom so you guys can go get you checked out. I have a 15 year old son and we told him just the other day if he got a girl pregnant, he needs to let us know. We may be upset at first but, hiding that won't help the situation.

I don't know your mom but I would imagine she would appreciate knowing and being able to help you.

Good luck and like passionforeva said, in the future you need to be more careful. Your body is yours and you shouldn't give it to someone so early in your life. If you do plan on having sex and are still young, please use birth control. BUT ultimately, abstinence is the best way to not get pregnant.

If the pain become unbearable.... You will have to let your mom know just in case it is something more serious.

You might have to tell your mom. She will be the best person to help you in this situation. BUT If you are really scared go to your adolescent clinic if you have one (or research one in your area, or ask your friends about one) and take a pregnancy test and get your body checked out (pap etc).

Honey, you are only 15 and have your whole world ahead of you. If you are not pregnant I suggest you get some birth control pills or use protection and live your life to the fullest. Achieve all your dreams and reach all of your goals.

I wish you the best of luck.
