Lower back, hip, and stomach pain?

For about three days now I have been having severe lower back pain that travels to my hips and then my lower stomach. I don't know what could be wrong. Any thoughts?

Maybe it could be pain from ovulating??

I'd say keep track of when the pain happens. See if it happens during the same time each month because like the other poster said, it could be ovulation pains.
