Lower back pain Uro thinks its IC

Can IC cause lower back pain and little to no bladder pain?
Have been tested for everything and I still have lower back pain on the right and sometimes the pain goes up to the kidney area. I have some burning occasionally but do not have to go often like most ppl with IC. Help!!!
