Sounds like it could be a cyst. I had one right in the crease of my leg, next to the vaginal lip. I went to the dr she said it was from shaving. and said she could lance it open if i wanted her to or i could go home and sit in a hot bath and get it to a head and pop it myself. I went home, lol. And i took care of it, but that was about 8 years ago and i have had about 3 more since then in the same spot.
Thanks "HottKyChick". Its quite strange though because i couldnt of had it before as id only noticed it today and its actually hurts, every time i sit or stand and its worried me because its in the veginial area, not near my leg and it feels like a proper lump under the skin, and ive tried to see if theres a hair in it or anything but its just a red lump. I hope its nothing to worry about. Thanks again for your reply.
could be a pimple or ingrown hair. i have had those before down there. not very comfortable, but they do go away. take a look with a mirror, and watch for any changes, but it sounds like that to me. as long as it's an area that is mostly dry (as in, not actually in the vaginal opening) you can put some antibiotic ointment on it to help it heal quicker. sometimes they shrink and go away, once mine even grew a head. eewww.
