Lump in nipple while breastfeeding

I just found a lump in my nipple, I am 24 and nursing my son, it is sore when touched and when he nurses. I have had clogged ducts before but this is IN my nipple. Is it possible to have a clogged duct in your nipple?

A nipple pore might be blocked. Heat might help it unclog.

It could be a clog or it could even be mastitis. But try having him nurse it out, and also a bath soak might help.

thanks, its not a nipple bleb or milk blister, ive had one before. Its def not mastitis i dont have any symptoms of it. Hes been nursing from it like normal but it hurts like hell. I thought my nipples were just getting sore bc i might be getting my period but thats not what it is bc its only one nipple
