Lump near to Anus, between two bumps nearer to big bump; Lump growth on the nerve of right neck

I noticed a lump or growth near to the valley of the bottom bumps, which is near to anus. The lump just appears and is tender to the touch, when pressed harder. It is only discomfort when I slouch on the chair. Maybe about 10cm. Do I need to take it out? Is this common?
Growth on nerve of neck.: This is an unusual growth on the nerve itself. I happened to notice this when I accidentally brushed against my neck. size, maybe about 5cm, no pain. What is the medical term on this and how dangerous is this? It's been 4 years.

They could be cysts, but should be seen by a doctor, especially the one on the neck.
