Lump on bikini line--Please help me!

Help.  I have this lump on my pantyline.  At first I thought it was an ingrown hair.  But it has been there since November and has not come to a head.  It is long in shape and somewhat hard and a little squishy feeling.  It's about the shape of an almond.  It is right on my panty line on the crease of my leg.  It is too low to be a gland.  It hurts and wont go away.  Help.  Upon squeezing it, fluid sometimes comes out.  Sometimes its clear and other times its white.  It wont go away though.  I have tried sticking a pin in it to release some of the fluid and it still stays the same size.  This is killing my sex life.  It's awful.  Any suggestions??

There is no hair in there.  Not that I can see anyways.  It is just a lump, sometimes hard and sometimes squishy.  The size of an almond on a good day and the size of a grape when it's enlarged.

You could also go to a dermatologist.  I doubt it will turn in to anything serious, but you may need it drained.

do you shave? the reason i ask is it may be an ingrown hair that is getting longer. i get them and they dont always get a white head. if you feel brave enough have you partner take a look and if he can see a hair get your partener to get a steralised neadle and see if he can get it out, it doesnt hurt if he is gentle.
just a thought.

Your GYn or GP would be a good place to start and see what they recommend. They may refer you to another practitioner such as a general surgeon or dermatologist.

Sounds like a cyst, my advice is to go to the doc and have it removed.
