Lump on labia

I recently developed a lump where the labia majora and minora meet. It started out as a small pea-sized lump and now has grown to to a small marble-size in about 5 days. I have also developed 2 additional small pea-sized lumps in the same area. Just on the left side, not the right. They are VERY painful. It hurts to sit for long periods and hurts to walk. I am 8 months pregnant with my second child. Married to my husband for 4 years, but together for 7. I've never had anything like this happen. I have a scheduled prenatal appointment this next thursday. Should I call and make a sooner appointment?
