Lump on my Virginia.

Hello, i get lumps on my Virginia at least once every month. There are very painful and bleed with pus coming from it. I have a scar from one which is left a black mark. I also i need a toilet all the time although i feel i have pressure on my bladder. Can you please tell me what it is.. thank you.

I asked my Dr. about this years ago and she told me that I just needed to scrub a little harder when I washed down there. She said when you wash your skin add a little pressure. And since I have been doing that I really don't have that problem often.
