Lump

I am not sure what is going, but I have a lump that goes away and comes back. It is not on my vagina, it is in the front where on the inside I guess my ovaries or tubes would be, I guess above where the v forms, if you know what I mean. Anyway, it started I believe after I got an abortion. I am not sure I just started to notice after I was going back and forth to the doctor. I went to the doctor and they told me nothing, I told them about it, but ever time I go it is not there. Last time I went to the doctor they said I had abnormal cells. What could this lump be?? Is it cancer or something??
