Lupron

I have been put on Lupron (injections) for 6 months after they found lots of endometriosis in April. They removed most of it, but there is still some on the left ovary that was imbedded and hard to remove. Hopefully, the Lupron will cause the remainder to shrivel up and go away (Docs description of what should happen). Has anyone had to do this and then successfully- naturaly or with an IUI -conceived?
Also, what can I do about the hot flashes/night sweats that won't interfere with therapy for the endo.
