Mammary Gland is hurting

I am 17 and I have a mammary gland bigger than most people's. I got it checked like 6 months ago when I went to china and the doctor said, that mine is from birth and there is nothing wrong or no way to fix it.
But when I woke up today and stretched, it sort of hurt a bit and then it's been hurting all day, when I raise my hand or when I touch it I don't know what's wrong.

also I haven't gotten my period in over 4 or 5 months
