Menopause or not

I am 31 and I have always had super heavy menstrals for as long as I can remember. Just this month my mestral is like I am spotting am I starting menopause or could it be something else the last week I have been stressing out wondering what is going on??

Hmm..have you done a pregnancy test ? Sounds like it could be implantation bleeding. If there is no chance that you are pregnant then it could be that, like quite a few of us,your period is begining to change for no apparent reason. My periods used to be normal..then I started having babies..now I now longer know what "normal" is lol
