Menopause

MENOPAUSE

I am drinking soy mild to help with hot flashes but I have heard that it slows down thyroid function and I do not want to gain weight. How can I weigh this out?

Treatment  for Hot  Flashes:
1.Dress in layers. Wear natural fibers that are made of cotton, wool as an alternative of synthetic fabrics.
2.Avoid alcoholic beverage, caffeine and caffeinated drinks , excessively spicy foods and hot drinks
3.Receive nutritional supplements like as vitamin E,  C, & B, calcium and magnesium
4.Herbal supplements can also provide reduceing  your discomfort, e.g., Black Cohosh, Maca, Red Clover, Damiana and Evening Primrose
5.Use of a natural progesterone cream that will  help to reduce hot flashes by supporting hormonal balance; Visit your  doctor  and talk to your holistic nutritionist.
