Messed up periods, sore breasts etc

Since December 2008 I've been having slight period problems. I am sexually active, not on birth control but use condoms every time. When I do have sex it's only one weekend every 4-6 weeks, so it's regular but not that often :P. Anyway, been doing that since september last year, but in december I noticed something weird. I had my period as normal a week before my fun weekend, but not two weeks after it I had another period. It wasn't heavy like a regular period, but it wasn't spotting. I definitely needed tampons. I didn't think much of it, other than it just being a mild hiccup, it happened before a couple times years back before I was sexually active. January was fine, february was fine, but in march again I had my period, two weeks later another mini period, and 2 weeks after that my regular period again. This happened again in april. While the mini periods require tampons, I've noticed that the blood doesn't come out by itself. It's either in a tampon or I have to force it out. Because of this it feels like I have a balloon in my uterus sometimes. Along with these messed up periods, I've had stronger breast pains during pms and randomly during the month, so bad sometimes I can't walk without them hurting. Occasional cramping in my ovaries, like someone's poking them really hard. Occasional itching too, but this is very recent, in the last couple weeks. I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant, I've taken at least 3 home pregnancy tests, all with negative results. I'm just wondering, what on earth could this be?

I have a doctor's appointment for friday, may 15th, but I was just wondering, has anyone else had this, so I know roughly what to hear from the doctor? Thanks for the help!

Hello everyone, I'm Joy and I was on Depo for 1yr and I got off last October because that's when I was due and because I was getting sick from it. So around November, my breast and nipples was sore and it just gets worse and worse. In December I spot a little for about 2 days and that was it... Now it's almost end of January, I still haven't get my period and my breast and nipples are still sore really bad and when I take the pregnancy test, its negative. I need help..

yes i know what you are going through i have had the same thing my whole life i feel like really weird but i know that it is normal too and it may be because you mother or grantmother had the same problem
