Mirena IUD- some questions

So.. I've had my Mirena IUD a little over a year now and ever since  I got it I never really have a preiod AT ALL anymore (which i LOVE) every few months I'll maybe spot for a day and that's all,  one of my friends told me tha twhen that happens, it's a misscarriage caused by my IUD (that idea made me a little sad but not too sad since the point of me getting the IUD was no more babies for now) but anyways, my main concern was that I feel like  i have some pregnancy symptoms, i haven't taken a home test or anything since I'm confident in my IUD but my boyfriend makes jokes and it kinda freaks me out so i need some reassurance. Sometimes when we have sex he can feel the strings and it pokes him sometimes and  I was wondering how bad that is, like can he possibly have moved it and now it doesnt work? and I know the chance of me getting pregnant with  the Mirena is very very low but at the  same time I have some symptoms, ( i have 2 kids so i know symptoms lol) like  i have lower back pain, my boobs a a bit bigger and sometimes sore, i gained some weight, i dunno I just need some reasurrance can anyone help settle my nerves??
