Mirena pregnancy

SO I got the mirena put in about three months ago. I currently have a 9 month old son and didn't plan to have another for a few years. since about a month after it was placed I have been getting pregnancy symptoms such as weight gain sore boobs. sensitivity to smell, extreme sleepiness, irritability, nousia, and i am unable to suck my stomach in like I got before i found out i was pregnant with my first son. I am hoping that these are all common signs of the mirena but what worries me the most is that I have been getting craps on and off and have not stopped my period since the week i had it placed in. Is this normal?
