I recently had a miscarriage January 10th
it was only bleeding for 1 week
I had sex unprotected sex two weeks after,
It's February 9th and It's been almost a full month
since the miscarriage
Went to the doctors 2 days ago and PT test was negative

I'm sorry for your loss. I, too, had a miscarriage on December 6th 2007. My doctor told me to wait between 3 and 6 months before trying again.
He said that the uterus needed time for the lining to thicken and be able to carry a baby to term. The body will get pregnant when it is ready.
We are going to try again in March; that will have been 3 regular periods after the DNC.
