Missed Period

I have not had my period for about 2 months, I am usually irregular, but I have never missed it for over a month.  I have not been sexually active. I know it is probably not true, but I am not sure if you could get pregnant through underwear.  I don't think that I am pregnant, but I am stressing myself out about it.  My mom said that I could be just extremely stressed causing it to skip which would make sense.  I am 18 and just started college in a new place.  Even though I have a feeling this is true I don't know what my next step is.  I have made a gyno appt. but it isn't until January.  Please let me know what my best option is.

I agree with rebecca. You're not pregnant. Not only can the stress you describe delay your cycles, but so can the changes you are experiencing being a college student in a new place. Try and relax about it, and I'm sure you'll get your period soon.
