Missed Period????

I was on birth control for about 3 yrs, and i recently got off about 4 months ago and I know that it is common for women to experience late or irregular mensus. But I had one the month after I got off which was in April, and I havent had one since. I went to for my anual but the test came back negative, but I am still worried that I might be pregnant.....HELP!!!!!!

Ive not had a period now for what seems like 3months but i'm not pregnent just under alot of stress is this normal???

Thank you for the response. I was just wondering I feel like im havin some symptoms but im not for sure. My nipples have been really sore latley and I have been havin discharge whenever I go to wipe after using the restroom, would you happen to know anything about this?????

Being on birth control for so long might have a lot to do with that I had the same problem it took me about 6 months to get back on track some months i 'd get it  some months I wouldn't if you're still worried wait a couple days and take a pregnancy test.
