Missing period for three months but not pregnanti

I haven't had any period for 3 months and I'm starting to get worried I am not pregnant I was on birth control pills and last time I took birth control pills and October

So I experience similar problems except I haven't been on birth control in over a year. The top answers that I have revived are that I either have pcos or a metabolic issue. Also something that used to really affect my cycle was my iron levels. If you don't have enough iron in your system then your cycle won't happen. Try taking an iron supplement. If that doesn't work then go see your doctor
