My Bicornuate Uterus

I have a Bicornuate uterus and found out i had it when i was 15. When i first found out of course i had to go to the OBGYN and they did a ultrasound and on the screen it showed my uterus split but not completely. Well over the years its gotten worse because i am now 21 and 2 months ago i got an abortion and 3 days after it I ended up in the hopsital with horibble vaginal pains. They told me it was because the blood that was post to flow out of me after the abortion was actually flowing into my uterus, they gave me a medicine for it and sent me home. While at the hosptial though they had to do a ultrasound to figure out what the actual problem was and this time on the screen my uterus was completely split in two. It was literally my left uterus a big space then the right part of my uterus. My question is if i get pregnant again will the baby only grow in one part of my uterus and is it possible for me to be pregnant with two babies, one growing on the left side of me and one on the right side of me? *so sry its so long*

It's obviously possible to have two or more babies in one uterus, and if one implants in one side and one implants in the other, then you would have one growing on the left and one on the right as you have described.  Also, both could implant in the same side.  When I was pregnant, my son just pushed the septum aside and took up the whole uterus, and that is what might happen for you no matter how valentine-shaped the uterus is.  Once it fills up with baby, it loses that valentine shape and the septum often just gets pressed out of the way.  The other thing to know is that you can have a D&C in which the doctor removes the septum, thereby reducing the worry that a baby would implant on the septum and not have enough blood supply.
