My period is 4 days late

My last period was on may 6th to may11th, My period should have started around June 3rd. I did have unprotected sex before my period  was due. The day my period was suppose to  start I was on the plane going to a different country, which is a 7 hour difference in time. No that I'm here it took me a few days to get use to the time difference and I'm still getting used to it, and I've been stressing out about my period.

I don't have a pregnancy symptoms that i saw online nor do i feel like i am, I'm just worried.

Hi there and welcome.  I do think travel and stress can throw our cycle off and delay our period.  However, never say never when we have unprotected sex (ALWAYS USE A CONDOM!!!).  Go buy an over the counter home pregnancy test this next week and take it.  You are now late for your period which means you can get a positive result.  Take it first thing in the morning upon waking for most accurate results.

BTW:  symptoms of pregnancy usually do not start right away.  The hormones of pregnancy have to build up enough for someone to have any symptoms.  Very few symptoms if any is common in early pregnancy.  Around week 6 to 7 is when symptoms start to really surface and be extremely noticeable.  good luck
