NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST HELP!!!!!

Does anyone know any fast weight loss tips ?? I am going on vacation in 3 weeks and need to lose a couple of pounds quick and I do not want to take diet pills!! CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SOME TIPS?

fast but not too healthy is atkins.  that will make you lose quick.. but keep in mind gain it back once you introduce carbs

hi atkins works but you will gain it back i lost 35 pounds on atkins and then gained it back and know i can't loose any good luck

I used atkins and lost 30 pounds....i have not gained it back and that was over a year ago!! I even had a baby within the last year and still did not gain the fat back! As long as you dont totally go from eating all kinds of carbs to stopping to lose weight then totally eating nothin but carbs again you will stay at ur new weight. You have to be strong at first and eat almost no carbs....once u lose the weight u want then you can ease up a litttle and eat a litle carbs here and a little there but never back to fully eating all carbs because you will gain it back.....but I eat carbs everyday now just not a lot....and I have done nothing but still lose weight!

well, i was at work and saw this "3 day diet" i am about 15 pounds over what id like to be and embarassed to say i do not exercise. i have tried this diet (along with some of the other people i work with). some have lost the 10 pounds in a week, one lost 7 in a wk, one didnt lose any and i lost 3 in a week and kept off 2 pounds. i gained a couple back when it says to "resume normal eating for 4-5 days".went back on it and lost it again. this is the only diet that i have tried and have lost some pounds. i did "cheat" a little in the beginning like mayo in the tuna, sugar and milk in coffee but overall it worked. i do feel a lot better when im on it cuz i dont feel as bloated.i am actually on it as we speak (day 3) for the 3rd week though. check it out:

ps: i was on slimfast and that worked for me years ago. i tried it again but TOO HUNGRY! this 3 day diet made me hungry too the 1st week but then my body adjusted to it and im not as hungry in between meals. i LOVE my food!! if you try it let me know how you did.

i would give weight watchers a try. i am on it have been since april i have lost 21 pounds. some have lost as much as 5lbs in one week its nice because you can still eat what ever you want you just have to watch how much you eat.

OK, I lost five pounds in four days on this diet, but I gained it back. Good for vaction time only. I drank a slimfast shake for breakfast and lunch. Then I had dinner, which contained absoulutly no white food. No potatoes. no white bread (wheat is ok), no white food. Like I said,I gained it back, but it's good for a quick fix. Also, drink a lot of water.

here's the deal, if you go on a quick fix diet, it is seriously unhealthy. So many American teenage girls go through eating dissorders a few weeks before prom and I am so against this. Why can't people just eat healthy? I went to see a nutritionist this summer and it made me realize how eating healthy can seriously change your life. I can't have wheat and it made me lose some weight by cutting it out, but really not alot. I am short and full figured and proud of it. I eat healthy and I excersize and I am so blessed. What more could I ask for. Anyways, if you want to lose weight, start a healthy lifestyle. You may not lose 5 pounds in a week, but you will look and feel better because you are healthier.
