From what I have heard NV is not bad. The ingredients are all natural and there is no caffeine or ephedrine in the pills. Hoodia is an herb found in South Africa, many years ago hunters would eat this herb to supress their hunger while they hunted. It is very effective and not harmful to the body. They have had a lot of studies done regarding this drug on CNN and the Oprah show. People really are attracted to the Hoodia drug becuause of the ingredient that causes us not to feel hungry. So I would not worry about it so much, there is no caffeine and no ephedrine contained in those pills.
